Our normal opening times for each day of the week are as follows:

We endeavour to give customers as much notice as possible of any planned closures. These are usually communicated in the printed editions of our newsletter and via this page on our website.
We hope that our closures do not cause too much inconvenience for our valued customers.
Adverse Weather Conditions
Very occasionally our services may be disrupted by adverse weather conditions. If weather reports indicate that road travel should be avoided or if our local roads are impassable, our collections and deliveries may be temporarily suspended until the situation improves.
Our phone and email systems will be operational throughout any periods of adverse weather and our telephone voicemail message along with our Online Calendar will be updated regularly with our service status. If you have any questions regarding a collection or delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us.
We would appreciate your understanding should it be necessary to temporarily suspend some or all of our services.
Unavailability and Holidays
We do not store items during the times that we are closed. Therefore please refer to our Online Calendar to check the last collection and delivery days for each period of closure.
