For the health and well-being of our customers and staff, may we politely request that customers refrain from booking an ironing collection or delivery if they or any members of their family are suffering from, or have recently suffered from, a stomach virus. Please only call us when you (or your family member) have been symptom-free for 72 hours.
We would like to also request that soiled items are not passed to us for ironing unless they have been washed at appropriately high temperatures of at least 60 degrees, regardless of the item.
